Länderfokus «Türkei»

At first glance, Turkish music culture has little to do with European choral tradition. The Boğaziçi Youth Choir from Istanbul has done much to ensure that these two different musical traditions now enrich each other, resulting in wonderful new music. They present and sing traditional melodies, but also newly arranged pieces from various parts of Turkey. After this hour-long event, it will be possible to indulge in Turkish specialities, to meet Turkish people who live in Switzerland and to learn more about their country.

The bistro in front of the church will be open before and after the event.
